Well, he THOUGHT of himself as a cowboy, but we still lived in LA with a cat named after an actress. And you're close on Raging Bull — it ends with Robert DeNiro proposing to one of the mafia guys and holding hands into the sunset. There's probably some kissing after that, though.

Sewing's one of my outlets! Though I been getting enough queries lately that it might be more of a full-part-time side gig. I also play just the littlest bit of guitar, more 'round the campfire style than anything too impressive, sing showtunes in the camp shower (did I mention I'm gay), and just a whole bunch of reading when there ain't nothing else to do.
It's not the worst, but it's a lot colder than Savannah, I'm guessing. There's no place indoors for you?
I'm sure I've overlooked a lot worse. Hopefully, it was at least fun while it lasted.
Her name's Persephone and everyone says she's a jerk, but I say she's just misunderstood. I feel like there's a lot of things I'd love to try, but I admittedly chicken out and quit every time I'm not immediately good at something.

I moved from Savannah to LA, my blood ain't never been cold a day in my life. [...] To be honest, our status here is just a little complicated because we never really thought we'd be sticking around all that long. Most of the other places we holed up at could only shelter us for a couple weeks. But I'm sure they won't let us freeze our butts off if it comes to that!!

I'm really only any good at things that I needed to be good at to keep getting work in my fickle field. What I didn't mention was that I can't cook, can barely drive, and I was still sending my taxes off to my sister to do in my forties. We shoul If you ever wanna learn to strum an acoustic or knit or stitch a shirt together, I ain't going nowhere at least until after the Summit wraps up. Could do a skill swap, but where no one can see or judge our lack of expertise.
Well, let's hope not. And I know we'd never turn you away over here if worse came to worst. I'm not even from here and they let me stay.

I'm also a bad driver who can only cook really specific things because I have a crippling food allergy, and paid someone to do my taxes because I look at all those forms and want to cry! I'm really good at sewing when it's putting a limb back on or someone's insides back in, so maybe I'd be okay at stitching shirts? I would seriously love a skill swap though, I feel like I could learn a lot from you, and you just seem like you'd be really fun to hang out with.
